Treasure hunters and bargain shoppers will be in Bellevue on Saturday, June 17, for a city-wide yard sale followed by a visit from Old Kentucky Makers Market.
The sale is an IN VUE third Saturday shopping event that includes small businesses along Fairfield Avenue and yard sales throughout the streets of Bellevue, starting at 8 a.m.
A map of the yard sale locations is available on the Shop Bellevue website, or you can pick up printed copies at the Bellevue City Building or at Fairfield Avenue businesses.
From 5 to 10 p.m., the Old Kentucky Makers Market returns featuring handmade items, beer, food and entertainment with the Comet Bluegrass All-Stars. The market will be held in Johnson Alley, behind the Transitions Building at 700 Fairfield Ave.
The Makers Market is a series of pop-up events designed to show off Bellevue and based on the work of local residents Kevin Wright and Joe Nickol, authors of The Neighborhood Playbook, aimed at building excitement and spurring growth in city neighborhoods.
