In an article published by City Beat’s James McNair this week, Senator Robinson told WFPL in Lousiville that he planned on reintroducing the bill regardless of the fallout in other states from similar bills being passed.

Similar bills which allow businesses to discriminate against the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer) community were passed in North Carolina and Indiana in the last 2 years and have cost those states business expansions, NCAA basketball tournament rounds and the 2017 NBA All-Star Game.
