Sneak Peek at Beyond the Curb this Sunday

Don’t forget to mark your calendars for Beyond the Curb this Sunday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. This urban homes show will give you a feel for what life is like in the urban neighborhoods of Bellevue and Dayton, Kentucky, where life is charming. Admission is $15.00 for tickets purchased in advanced and $20.00 for the day of the event. Registration for the event is located at Manhattan Harbour. Tickets can be purchased in advance at beyondthecurb.org.

Bellevue and Dayton, Kentucky are quiet, urban towns that are also great for young families or retirees. Each town has several beautiful parks with playgrounds for kids and offers up and coming school systems and several new developments with new construction. Each town offers plenty to do with your neighbors and friends all within walking distance. There are shops, grocery stores and restaurants to walk to as well as a Marina and gorgeous riverfront walking trails and parks. Why sit in traffic 30 minutes to an hour every day to commute to work? You can live in one of these darling cities and take public transportation like Red Bike or TANK or ride you own bike or walk to work.

The tour will showcase a variety of properties; from market-rate luxury apartments and condominiums to historic mansions and single-family residences. There is a terrific mix of new construction and historic renovations. Many of the properties are available for sale. Beyond the Curb offers something for everyone, from young professionals to empty nesters, as well as those interested in historic preservation, interior design, and most importantly:  URBAN LIVING!
