This is the final week of HomeFest Manhattan Harbour, presented by Florida Tile and located in Dayton, Kentucky. The event, produced by the Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky, runs through October 18th. “We are very pleased with the response we have seen from the visitors to Manhattan Harbour,” said Brian Miller, Executive Vice President of the organization. “HomeFest has been the coming out party for Manhattan Harbour and we believe it has been a huge success. Buyers are showing up and several deals are in the works to purchase homes and homesites to build. This show is very unique and is a true festival that features not only bands, events and local restaurants, breweries and wineries, but the homes and the community that is Manhattan Harbour. Visitors are amazed by the homes; how every one is unique and special. They are simply awed by the breathtaking views of the Ohio River and the landscape beyond. I find myself stopping to catch the view several times a day; watching the riverboats roll by with throngs of riders waving to our show visitors, people getting in the last few boat rides before winter, stopping to see what is going on at the show and the peaceful tranquility of the neighborhood right before we open and after we close, with the city’s skyline all aglow in the distance. It is really special,” Miller concluded.
