Manhattan Harbour‘s final featured home is the Queen View by Jim Cutter of Cutter Construction. It has a front elevation that displays a massive home appointed with exquisite detail. The Bourbon room is warm and inviting and utilizes dark colors and a handsome, masculine, wet bar to house your collection of high end Kentucky Bourbon. The home is truly a bachelor’s paradise.
The remainder of this home is an interior white out highlighted by splashes of canary yellow. Here you can see the contemporary openness that is the great room eat-in the area and kitchen overseen by the massive loft that is open further by glass balustrades. The entire rear of this home is practically all windows in order to maximize the view of the mighty Ohio River and welcome visitors to the sundeck just outside.
The all white kitchen with white tiles is furnished with the latest in Thermador appliances. Looking back into the kitchen area you can see one of many flat-panel televisions that are featured throughout the home. A total of a dozen flat-panel televisions of various sizes connect you to the media world outside.
The master suite has an aquarium effect. The room is totally surrounded by windows on practically all sides and backed by floor-to-ceiling mirrors. White tiles accent the wall and a digital fireplace warms this totally white room.
